How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal only. 
Please Note:
PayPal account is not a must! You can checkout as a guest via PayPal andcpay with all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express and more.

 

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please email us immediately at Onetree.coin.jewelry@gmail.com and quote your order number. Hopefully, we haven’t shipped it yet!

 

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email from us confirming that your order has been received. If you haven't received an order confirmation email, please check your junk mail, or email Onetree.coin.jewelry@gmail.com as the email provided may be incorrect.

 

How & when will my order be shipped?

All orders are being shipped by the Israeli Post.
We offer Free-Shipping on all orders via regular international service; 10-30 business days.
Tracking will be available (mostly) once the item arrives to the destination country.

Priority mail; available for most of the countries. 
Price: US$ 12.50; 4-10 business days, fully trackable.
