Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt & must be undamaged, unworn & in resalable condition. If you would like to return your item, we will offer a credit or refund for the full amount, less shipping costs. If the item sent was wrong or defective, we will also cover the original shipping cost (if there was).

We are also happy to exchange an item for another size or a different piece. Please email Onetree.coin.jewelry@gmail.com to process your exchange or return.

Return postage to is the customer’s responsibility. We are unable to offer any return or exchange on earrings for pierced ears due to hygiene reasons – unless the item is deemed faulty.

Does OneTree have a warranty?

Yes we do, all of our pieces come with a 2-Year manufacturing warranty.
